This is the book I have written following years of study and practice with imagery. Everyone has the innate ability to call forth images from inside that can teach and guide us. Carl Jung called this ability “active imagination.” This book will take you by the hand and help you to engage with and learn from the images that are within you. This book is a personal imagery companion. It teaches imagery (looking within and conversing with the beings you meet inside) simply and clearly.
